About me

My name is Daniela, and I'm a UX engineer who designs and ships the MVPs and internal tools that let small teams move like big ones. I work best in fast-moving teams where cross-functional collaboration isn't just encouraged, it's essential.

My work has a thread running through it: constraints over visibility, structure over polish, motivation over incentives, autonomy over control. I don't make small teams move faster by adding tools. I make them move faster by removing what's in the way.

I also founded UX Fusion Studio, where I help early-career designers transition from tutorials to real-world product work. Through hands-on mentorship and a curriculum focused on UX systems thinking, I've helped 25% of students land their first design roles within a year.

When I'm not designing or mentoring, you'll find me building side projects like Conversly—a language learning app I designed and developed. You can see more of my code on GitHub.
